Aidan has spent the last twenty years growing and leading large agency services businesses. Most recently he has been building and advising agencies that are part of the Tracxtion Hybrid Agency Network.

His CEO experience includes guiding and building sgs&co, a global brand design and packaging services company comprising nearly 4,800 people across 30+ countries. Prior to sgs&co, Aidan led a period of significant growth at Mosaic, helping to create one of the fastest growing experiential, digital, and instore services agencies employing over 10,000 people annually.

Aidan’s career started in consumer-packaged goods, where he held various positions including as the vice president of digital media for North America at Labatt-Interbrew (now ABInBev) and as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.

Steve brings more than 30 years of finance, capital markets and strategic planning experience at a variety consumer and brand focused industries.

Most recently Steve was the Chief Financial Officer of Acreage Holdings Limited, a publicly traded U.S. focused cannabis company, and an operating partner with Bespoke Capital Partners.

Steve has held a number of Chief Financial Officer positions including goeasy Ltd., a TSX-listed consumer finance company. In this role, he helped guide the evolution of the business and successfully transformed the capital structure through a series of equity and debt offerings.

Mr. Goertz also served in various finance and accounting roles at Sobeys, Maple Leaf Foods, and Deloitte.
